Five proven benefits of apple cider vinegar

Whether it be raw, added to a drink or in supplement form, consuming apple cider vinegar became a wellness trend a few years ago. Contrary to many other trends, which quickly become fads, apple cider vinegar is actually an ingredient that has many benefits for the body. Here are five of them, which can be used as home remedies.
