How was your Halloween, Diwali, and end-of-October week?
 
As you might have seen on social media over at @fastingmd and at @amd_wellness — I’ve been traveling and speaking a lot more than I had in the past. I realize more than ever how important mindset, sleep, self-talk, and nutrition are.

Right now, it’s all about my podcast, quiet nature moments with my kids, quality sleep, those little breaks in my day, my chai latte, and the joy of connecting with people in person and online. Feeling grateful.
