Dear optimizers,
Happy Friday! I have some interesting updates for you this week—insights I’ve been diving into for my cancer presentation this weekend, along with some recent discoveries in wellness that I think you’ll enjoy.
1. What I’m fascinated about –
Did you know that nearly 45% of colorectal cancer deaths could be prevented through lifestyle and nutrition changes? It’s powerful, especially considering that just 10g more fiber than the average intake can reduce cancer risk by 10% and even lower your risk of death by up to 10%.
2. What I’m surprised by –
For every additional 10g of fiber above the average, your cancer risk drops by 10%, and your risk of overall mortality can decrease by up to 10%. Fiber is truly a game-changer.
3. What I’m excited about –
The reviews for our Chai Protein+ have been incredible! I’m so proud of this product, and if you haven’t tried it yet, it might be just the addition you need to your wellness routine. I just ran into someone randomly at a local healthy eatery, and she recently started using the chai protein. She thinks it’s the most excellent protein powder she’s had. And this is the third person this week that has given me feedback. It just makes me so happy. Just clean protein no extra stuff direct to you. Check it out here.
4. What I’m intrigued by –
The world of probiotics continues to evolve, and I’m experimenting with some new strains that may play a role in cancer prevention. While I still believe food-based probiotics are ideal, it’s exciting to see how these new generations of probiotics could benefit us. I'll keep you posted on my experience.

5. What I’m looking forward to –
I just released a podcast episode on creating a Head-to-Toe Routine for Optimal Health. It’s all about establishing a sustainable, balanced approach to your wellness journey. I’d love to hear your thoughts if you give it a listen!
Warmly,
