Do you love smoothies in the Summer, but aren’t sure about what ingredients to use when colder weather comes? Adding chai flavor to your smoothies is the perfect way to get nutrients and protein, while still feeling like it’s a seasonal, Fall smoothie! Try one of these six chai-inspired smoothies this Fall.
Chai Protein Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1 ripe banana
- 2 cups of oat or almond milk
- 1 tablespoon Peanut Butter
- 1 scoop of your favorite vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 cup of ice
- 1/2 scoop of Dr. Amy Shah's Chai Latte Powder Mix
Directions:
Using a high-power blender, mix all of the ingredients together for a fast, easy and healthy way to break your fast. Add more or less liquid to get your desired thickness. This smoothie quantity can be spread out for two different days or drank throughout one day. Add more nuts or substitute a nut butter for a protein burst.
Banana Smoothie with Caffeine Blast
- 1 ripe banana
- Espresso shot- can be store bought or made using espresso maker
- ½ cup almond milk
- 2 ice cubes
- 1-2 tablespoon almond butter
- 1 scoop of Dr. Amy Shah’s chai mix
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender and enjoy
Sweet Tropical Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1 ripe banana
- ½ cup of chopped pineapple and/or mango
- 2 cups of oat milk
- ½ cup of ice
- 2 tablespoons shredded unsweetened coconut

Vanilla Chai Tea Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of almond milk or oat milk
- 1 scoop of Dr. Amy Shah’s Chai Latte Powder Mix
- 5 pitted dates
- ½ cup of old-fashioned rolled oats
- ½ teaspoon of vanilla extract
- ½ cup of ice
- 1 banana
