My personal experience with Lifeforce

In the quest for greater health, especially as I approach menopause, I came across Lifeforce. I found Lifeforce’s testing to be stress-free and convenient - they have a trained phlebotomist come to your home for your blood-draw or you have the option to walk into a local LabCorp. I loved the easy to navigate dashboard, which helped me better understand my test results. Most importantly, I loved that there was a telehealth consultation with a clinical expert who  walked me through my results and offered ultra-personalized recommendations. . Even as an expert myself, it's nice to get someone else's view on how to optimize my health.

Since starting my Lifeforce membership and recommended plan, I started to really improve my diet and lifestyle in hopes of improving the biomarkers that were suboptimal in my initial blood test results!  Since my first Lifeforce diagnostic, I have markedly improved my HDL levels and increased my hormones as well.
