Hi Dr. Shah. I have replaced my Starbucks soy latter habit with your chai! I drink it in the afternoon during my eating window with a teaspoon of cocoa powder and a plop of HWC. My sincere apologies to Starbucks shareholders because this former obsessed customer is done contributing to their profit margin. Thanks for giving me a healthy alternative to my junky and expensive Starbucks habit!
I love this chai spice mix! I was pretty skeptical that it was called a “latte”, seeing as how it has no actual milk, and is recommended to be made with water… but when I use a full scoop and water it is actually quite creamy and delightful. I’ve been taking a scoop to work in a small mason jar so I can mix it with hot water and shake it smooth, and it’s such a lovely pick-me up. It has replaced chocolate for me, which I was consuming too much of (and would make my stomach hurt sometimes).
