Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time all orders are processed within 2-3 business days. We are a small business and try our best to get orders as fast as possible. 

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email. We thank you for your patience. 

We ship USPS Priority mail. You will receive a notification that your package has shipped and can track your package vis usps.com

If your package is lost or damaged please email for a replacement of your order. 

Unclaimed Packages: 

If your shipment was sent back to us due to unclaimed package status or neglected customs claim package we can reship the item again for a shipping charge. It is the customers responsibility to claim their package at customs along with providing an accurate address when checking out. 

Subscriptions: If you would like to manage your subscription please login to the link that was provided to you when you signed up for your subscription via email. There are NO returns or refunds on subscriptions that were already processed and sent. If you have questions about managing your subscription please email: customerservice@amymdwellness.com

Pre-Order Items: Pre order items are subject to our terms and conditions. By purchasing pre orders items you agree that you understand the expected ship time of the pre order product. 

Cancellations: If you would like to cancel your order - please email: customerservice@amymdwellness.com

Please note If your order has already been processed and shipped, there are NO refunds or returns. 

Digital Products: There are NO refunds or returns on digital products

Once your item has been shipped we are not responsible for delays via USPS or international carriers. Please contact USPS and inquire with your provided tracking ID.
