Try one (or all) of these nutrient-rich chai-inspired recipes

Spiced chai is the most popular drink in India, and for good reason. It’s rich in antioxidants, vitamins and minerals, while also giving you a boost of energy with a small amount of caffeine. While my Chai Latte Mix is caffeine-free, it can also be enjoyed with tea or coffee added to it. I came up with these five chai-flavored recipes that are unique and full of nutrients but still have the comforting feel of a cup of chai.
