Day 57 of the 60 Day Ultimate Optimization Challenge
Welcome to Day #57 of the 60-Day Ultimate Optimization Challenge!
Here is a sample “Day in the life” that I recommend for optimal health:
• Wake-up at 6AM
• Get 5-10 minutes of sunlight
• Workout at 7:30AM
• Eat/break fast at 9:30AM
• Go to work
• Move after work (walk, garden, etc.)
• Dim lights at 7/8PM and turn blue light low or off
• Sleep by 930/10PPM (cold dark room, with earplugs and face mask as necessary)
