Day 56 of the 60 Day Ultimate Optimization Challenge

Welcome to Day #56 of the 60-Day Ultimate Optimization Challenge!

As I mentioned previously in the program, all-day movement is CRUCIAL to your overall health. Working out is great, but you want to focus on how much movement you are getting on a whole level.

TONS of research has proven that any movement can lead to a healthier and longer life. It is recommended to walk 10,000 steps a day to be considered active, so focus on getting this done every day.

Use tools to stay healthy. Here are some:

Most phones have a health app, which tracks your steps and the amount of miles you walk

There are also specific apps such as Map My Walk by Under Armour and Steps Activity Tracker, which can provide more information about your movement, such as calories burned.

You can use physical trackers that you wear on your wrist such as a Fitbit, Apple watch, Garmin Vivoactive 4, and the Polar grit X

I recommend using these tools to help you stay accountable, plus it’s fun to see!

Your homework for today is to: Get 10,
