Welcome to day 52 bonus! Today I talk about my favorite workouts and why you need to just stay moving all the time.


If you feel like your energy levels are low you really do need to work on your sleep and your mindset. Make sure you’re getting enough nature time. I also love taking vitamin D, Ashwagandha and b vitamins for energy. Obviously you have to lay the foundation with good diet and habits. Using supplements especially caffeine cannot hold you over. In the video I talk about what happens when you drink caffeine.
