Happy Day 25 Optimizers! As you know stress is something we need to control in order to be happy, healthy and OPTIMIZED. We covered why stress is so bad for you, so now let’s learn how to combat stress. 


Counteract the stress hormone chemicals by doing something that raises your dopamine, serotonin or oxytocin levels. Some examples are: Take on mini nature meditation, which simply means calming your brain and being aware of your surroundings without reacting. Consider tools like taking ashwagandha and omega-3‘s, as well as increase your sleep to fight stress.


Your homework for today is: Try practicing mini nature meditation when you are stressed.
