So, we’ve learned how much sleep we really need and the important tools to ensure you get great quality sleep, so now what time should you go to bed?
This depends on the person but you get your best sleep around 10PM.
Try to be in bed with lights dimmed by 10PM or earlier.
11PM is the time that you get a big burst of HGH—the anti-aging hormone, so really try to be sleeping by this time.
Your homework for today is: To start sleeping by 10PM!
