Welcome to day 10!!! I can’t believe you’re already 10 days in! How do you feel? I am excited to share with you each one of the steps because each one of these things is going to make a big difference in your life.

Review day is here. Let’s discuss the key takeaway from the past 9 days:

Pre-plan your day = Success. Take time everyday to plan your meals to include prebiotics and reduce impulse decisions.

Circadian rhythm: Focus on getting morning sun for 10 minutes everyday and evening darkness every night. This means turning lights down and minimizing screen time. Also, practice circadian fasting daily.

Focus on… Eating fiber, whole protein and fat. Get 5-7 servings of vegetables every day for fiber.


Your homework for today is: Start circadian fasting for at least 16 hours post dinner!
